Rich and Rays is a wonderful business. Well educated mechanics who are thorough trust worthy and honest. Prompt service with a awesome price! Why take your car to a big name mechanic place with teenagers who rush through and your car breaks again weeks later? Take it to Rich and Rays and support a fabulous small business that has been part of Clinton for many years! And you get to talk with the sweetest secretary in the world.

I have been here many times, and have always had good experiences. They're friendly, quick and honest. I've had my car towed there overnight and was able to pick it up the following afternoon. Convenient hours and location, too.

Honest, reliable, prompt and estimates are very accurate.   Mark and Jeff are very knowledgeable and their pricing is exceptional.  I would not bring my car to anyone else.

I have been a customer of Rich and Ray's for years. Mark, Jeff and their crew have taken excellent care of not only my vehicle, but the vehicles of my children and friends.  I remember early on when I was having difficulty with my truck... It would stall out or fail to start.  I'd have it towed, (first to the dealership and then the next two times to independent garages)...But by the next morning when they would look at it, it would start up without issue.  They all thought I was nuts for having it towed!  You know dumb chick scenario...The forth time it happened was during a trip to New Haven and it stalled out in a pretty scary section of town. When I called Mark for help he was about to close up shop for the night (and it was already after seven). He not only waited for the truck to arrive, but after explaining the past occurrences, went right to work to try to figure out what was wrong! At midnight I got a text that he had figured it out and solved my issue and he had! It has been many years since then and my truck hasn't stalled once since then! I trust Mark and his knowledge of automotive repairs.  They are also fair in their charges and their estimated repair times.
